The number of ThreeBond's products has reached almost 1600. The reason why this number is so large is that many of the products are manufactured in small quantities, in grades that meet the differing needs of customers. To supply such a wide variety of products, we at ThreeBond have established a manufacturing organization that can meet virtually any requirement that our customers may have, and that continuously work to improve our services. Our products are manufactured in ten plants—two in Japan, and six overseas. Each of these plants pays close attention to the maintainance of high quality in all our products, as is shown by the fact that two of our domestic plants have obtained ISO 9001 certification. Further, to provide services reflecting customers' requirement, we have founded six companies in Japan to pretreat (precoat) bolts to enable customers to have smaller workforces in their manufacturing processes. |

Many manufacturers in Japan have moved their factories to foreign countries. To respond quickly to the needs of those factories, ThreeBond has opened six overseas factories of its own. Each of those seven factories has manufacturing and supply organizations similar to those in ThreeBond's factories in Japan, and works continuously to improve service. |
