ThreeBond 1230G Silicone potting agent |


ThreeBond 1230G is a two-part, heat-curing, self-adhesive silicone potting agent. It cures and adheres when heated (the standard curing condition is one hour at 100°C). It becomes a rubber-like elastic solid that is nonflammable and has excellent electric properties, resistance to heat and cold, and nonconductivity. |
