ThreeBond 1238E One-part, heat-curing silicone gel |

ThreeBond 1238E is a one-part, heat-curing silicone gel.
It is easy to use because it has only one part and cures when heated.
After curing, it is a heat- and cold-resistant gel with excellent electric properties.
It uses a material that contains very little low-molecular siloxane, and therefore has no adverse effect on electric contacts. It is a product that does not cause an electric-contact failure. |

| · |
Is a one-part, nonsolvent silicone resin. |
| · |
Becomes a gel when cured. |
| · |
Has excellent resistance to heat and cold; remains a gel even at very high or low temperature. |
| · |
Uses a material that contains very little low-molecular siloxane. The total of D3 - D10 is less than 100ppm. |
| · |
Has high viscosity and thixotropy, and therefore does not flow as it cures. |
