ThreeBond 1781, 1782, 1783 Impact- and heat-resistant, instant adhesives



Overview

ThreeBond 1781, 1782, and 1783 are α-cyanoacrylate-based, impact- and heat-resistant instant adhesives. Because they are durable at temperatures up to 100 °C, they are suitable for applications requiring high resistance to impact and heat.

Features

· Offers excellent resistance to impact and heat.
· Offers excellent adhesive strength for bonding various metals.
· Reduces working hours and increases working efficiency.
· Bonds a wide variety of materials tightly.

(Does not adhere to soft vinyl chloride, silicone, polyolefine, fluorocarbon resin, or porous materials.)

Uses

· Bonding of parts in vehicles that require high resistance to impact and heat
· Bonding of components in electric and electronic equipment that require high resistance to impact and heat
· Bonding of vibrating portions including motors and bearings
· Bonding of speaker components, such as speaker cones or magnets
· Bonding of window frame materials (weather-stripping) in automobiles
· Bonding of mechanical parts in automobiles, such as rubber seal, filters
