ThreeBond 2081D Epoxy adhesive for soft polyvinyl-chloride

ThreeBond 2081D is a two-part epoxy resin that cures at room temperature. The product is elastic and tough, because rubber particles are distributed evenly in the denatured epoxy resin. It is excellent for bonding soft vinyl chloride, because the curing agent contains components that have good mutual solubility with vinyl chloride plasticizer. The product is a two-part blending type, and equal amounts of the two parts are used. Because the product is a nonsolvent type, it requires no open time and does not damage adherends.

·	Provides strong bonding of vinyl chloride.
·	Offers prolonged working time and excellent workability.
·	Develops strength quickly, reaching usable strength after 12 hours at room temperature (25°C).
·	Blending is easy because the amounts of main agent and curing agent can easily be measured by eye.
·	Is a nonsolvent, and does not damage adherends.

The product is suitable for bonding hard- and soft-vinyl chloride; rubber, including CR and EPDM; metals; and concretes.
