ThreeBond 3017 High peeling-adhesive strength, light curing adhesive |

Typical UV-curing adhesives usually don't have sufficient peeling-adhesive strength for soft adherend, especially for adhesion of two sheets of polyester film that is so called a hard-to-adhere material.
ThreeBond 3017 enables polyester films with unprocessed surfaces to have the high peeling-adhesive strength. |

| · |
Has excellent peeling-adhesive strength for films such as polyester. |
| · |
Has excellent peeling-adhesive strength among various plastics, and a plastic and a metal. |
| · |
Has some softness in resin hardness after curing under room temperature. |
| · |
Has low permeability. |

How to use this adhesive

| |
Typical curing conditions: Accumulated luminous energy of ultraviolet 60kJ/m2 (6000mJ/cm2), at the environment of 25°C. If you have any question about the curing of this adhesive, consult ThreeBond sales engineers. |
Cautions about using this adhesive

| 1) |
Because the curing speed of this adhesive depends on types of light sources and distance of irradiation, confirm these and other conditions before use. Especially the temperatures of the adhesive and the adherends according to the temperature change in the room have a great influence on the curing speed. |
| 2) |
Use this adhesive after fully assuring that the method and purpose of your use are adequate. |
| 3) |
A forced ventilation is required in the areas of working and UV irradiation, because some gasses are generated during the working and UV curing. If required, wear appropriate protective devices, such as a mask, globes (no penetration allowed), and glasses, and/or use the adhesive in a room with a local exhauster. |
| 4) |
Don't inhale vapor of the adhesive or drink it, because it is hazardous to human body. Immediately consult a doctor if you drink it by any chance. |
| 5) |
Because this adhesive is hazardous, don't touch it directly. If it adheres to your skin, the skin may be irritated. Immediately remove it with cloth or paper, and clean the skin with soap. If any gets into your eye, clean the eye with water for about 15 minutes, and then consult a doctor. |
| 6) |
If you detect any bad symptom on your body when you use this adhesive, stop using it, and consult a doctor. Persons who have allergy or have susceptible skin should not use this adhesive. |
| 7) |
On some materials this adhesive may have adverse effects. Test the effect of the adhesive on and around the areas of application, and refrain from using it if you find that it might cause a problem. |
| 8) |
Don't move this adhesive to other containers, and don't return any residue of applied adhesive to the container. |
| 9) |
To prevent any change of the properties of the adhesive, or the incorporation of foreign materials, recap the container after use. |
| 10) |
Use and store it out of the reach of infants and children. |
| 11) |
For detailed information, refer to the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS). |
How to store the adhesive

| |
Store this adhesive at 10°C to 25°C under no sunlight and low humidity. |
How to discard the adhesive

| |
If you need to discard this adhesive, have it discarded by a dealer who has specialized knowledge. |
| |
Don't incinerate the adhesive. If you do so, it may generate poisonous gases. |
