ThreeBond 3027D UV-curing resin |

ThreeBond 3027D is an acrylate-based one-part non-solvent UV-curing resin developed for ITO electrode molding. It cures in a short time under irradiation with UV light having a wavelength of 200 to 400 nm. The use of this resin will speed up the production lines and promote energy conservation.
Hereinafter, ThreeBond is abbreviated to TB. |

Usage

| · |
For the resin applying and curing procedures, consult with one of our sales engineers. |
Instructions for use

| 1) |
The curing speed varies depending on the type of light source and irradiation distance. Sufficiently check the curing speed prior to use. |
| 2) |
The resin in areas not exposed to UV light or in the shadows does not cure in principle. Before using it, sufficiently confirm whether the method of application and the purpose of use are appropriate. |
| 3) |
The resin generates some amount of gas during application and UV curing.
Forcibly ventilate the working area and UV irradiation area. If necessary, wear appropriate protective clothings, such as a mask, gloves (not permeable) and goggles. Use it in a place equipped with a local exhaust system. |
| 4) |
Do not inhale and drink it. It is harmful to the health. Do not inhale its vapor or drink it. If it is swallowed, get medical attention immediately. |
| 5) |
It is harmful to the health. Do not touch it directly or inhale its vapor.
Adhesion of the resin to the skin may cause inflammation. If it adheres to the skin, immediately wipe it away with cloth or paper, and wash the skin with soap and water. If it gets in the eyes, wash them with clean water for about 15 minutes, and get medical attention. |
| 6) |
If any abnormality is found in the body, stop using the resin, and get medical attention. People who have allergies or sensitive skin should avoid using it. |
| 7) |
Some materials may deteriorate if TB3027D is used. Ascertain in advance whether or not it affects the parts to be treated with it. If any problem occurs, do not use it. |
| 8) |
Do not pour TB3027D into other containers. Do not return the resin left unused to its container. |
| 9) |
To prevent deterioration or entry of foreign matter, store it with the cap fitted tightly after using. |
| 10) |
Use and store it out of reach of children. |
Storage

| · |
Store the product in a dry place at 10 to 25°C avoiding direct sunlight. |
| · |
If it is stored at a low temperature in a refrigerator or the like, the whole resin may harden or part of the resin may gel through crystallization. In this case, heat the resin to 30 to 40°C (for 1 to 2 hours), and stir it to return it to a uniform liquid state. |
Disposal

| · |
Have the product disposed of by a waste disposer that has special knowledge. |
| · |
It may generate toxic gas when burnt. Do not burn it. |
