ThreeBond 3061H Low-outgassing, UV-curing resin with an added anaerobic property |
ThreeBond 3061H is a one-part, nonsolvent, ultraviolet-curing resin to which an anaerobic curing property has been added. Denatured acrylate is a major component. The product requires no measuring, stirring, or defoaming, and it cures quickly under ultraviolet radiation at a wavelength of 200 to 400 nm; thus it reduces the time and labor needed for manufacturing. It can be used to bond and seal metals where the clearance is very narrow, below 10μm. It has less thermal mass change than the conventional ultraviolet-curing resins with an anaerobic-curing property. It remains extensible and flexible after curing, and it has excellent resistance to thermal cycling. |
