ThreeBond 3113B UV-curing epoxy resin

Overview

ThreeBond 3113B is a nonsolvent, UV-curing resin whose main component is an epoxy resin.
Its curing is not inhibited by the presence of oxygen; therefore it has excellent surface-curing properties.

Features

· Cures under UV irradiation at wavelengths of 200-400nm in no more than a few tens of seconds.
· Has a low ratio of contraction in curing.
· Has excellent surface-curing and depth-curing properties.
· Is suitable for bonding various materials, such as glasses, metals, and plastics.
· Curing acceleration by heating is not required after UV irradiation.

Uses

· Suitable for bonding and fixing of optical parts, such as components of optical pickups.
· Suitable for bonding and fixing of electric and electronic parts.
