ThreeBond 1303N Anaerobic sealant |

ThreeBond 1303N is a fast-curing, anaerobic, high-strength sealant. It does not cure in air. Rather, when it penetrates into narrow gaps in metal structures, it quickly reacts and cures by polymerization. Thus it prevents screws from loosening and seals them. |

| · |
Is a fast-curing, high-strength sealant. |
| · |
Cures well at low temperature. |
| · |
Offers excellent bonding between chemically stable materials, such as plated materials. |
| · |
Has low viscosity. |
|

| Permanent bonding and sealing for metal screw structures. |

Test piece: Mild steel M10 bolt and nut with 1.5 pitch coarse thread
Applied 1303N to two test pieces and screwed each of them in with a torque of 0Nm. Cured one of them at 25°C and the other at 5°C, and measured the breakdown torque repeatedly. *) A conventional adhesive, ThreeBond 1303, was used at 5°C. |
