ThreeBond 1360E Anaerobic sealant |

ThreeBond 1360E is an anaerobic sealant that has high strength and excellent heat resistance. It does not cure in air, and it quickly reacts (cures by polymerizing) when it contacts metals and the air around it is expelled. It bonds and seals screws and jointed parts. |

How to use this sealant

| 1) |
Using a solvent, remove moisture, oil, and dirt from the area to which the sealant is to be applied. |
| 2) |
Apply an adequate quantity of the sealant and bond them firmly. |
| 3) |
If you have questions about the application and curing of this sealant, consult ThreeBond sales engineers. |
Cautions about using this sealant

| 1) |
Because this sealant is hazardous, don't touch it directly, and don't inhale its vapor. If it adheres to your skin, the skin may be irritated. Immediately remove it with cloth or paper, and clean the skin with soap. If any gets into your eye, clean the eye with water for about 15 minutes, and then consult a doctor. |
| 2) |
If you detect any bad symptom on your body when you use this sealant, stop using it, and consult a doctor. Persons who have allergy or have susceptible skin should not use this sealant. |
| 3) |
Because this sealant contains a hazardous component, it cannot be used for pipes that convey drinking water. Use this sealant only after confirming that the method and purpose of its use are appropriate. |
| 4) |
Don't move this sealant to other containers, and don't return any residue of applied sealant to the container. |
| 5) |
On some materials this sealant may have adverse effects, such as cracks, corrosion, or dissolving. Test the effect of the sealant on and around the areas of application, and refrain from using it if you find that it might cause a problem. |
| 6) |
Because this sealant cures, don't use metal nozzles for pouring it from its container. |
| 7) |
To prevent any change of the properties of the sealant, or the incorporation of foreign materials, recap the container after use. |
| 8) |
If this sealant is cured at high temperature, it will lose the fluidity that remains when it is cured at room temperature. However, you can retain fluidity by curing it at a somewhat raised temperature. Before applying the sealant, confirm the conditions under which it will be cured. |
| 9) |
For detailed information, refer to the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS). |
How to store the sealant

| 1) |
Store this sealant at -5°C to 25°C under no sunlight. |
| 2) |
Store and use it out of the reach of infants and children. |
How to discard the sealant

| 1) |
Don't incinerate the sealant. To do so may generate poisonous gases. |
| 2) |
If you need to discard this sealant, have it discarded by a dealer who has specialized knowledge. |
Legal regulations
