ThreeBond 1855, 1856 Silicone greases



Overview

ThreeBond 1855 and 1856 are silicone greases that prevent the wear, deterioration, and embrittlement of plastics. Based on metallic soap and silicone oil, they can be used in a wider range of temperatures than oil-based greases. They are extremely resistant to thermal oxidation and to water and brake oil.

Features

· Provide stable lubrication within a wide range of temperatures.
· Have no adverse effects on rubber or plastics.
· Protect rubber and plastics against deterioration and embrittlement.
· Have good resistance to thermal oxidation.
· Are very useful for braking systems because of their resistance to brake oil and water.
· Have no adverse effects on metals.

Uses

Protecting the rubber and plastic parts of automobiles against wear, deterioration, and embrittlement.
