ThreeBond 6641 Wax for leather and tire (water-based type)

ThreeBond 6641 is an agent for protecting the luster of automobile tires and synthetic leather. It is water-based, but offers excellent waxing, almost equivalent to that of oil-based agents.

·	Is water-based, but offers excellent waxing, almost equivalent to that of oil-based agents.
·	Has no adverse effects on rubber or plastic.
·	Can be applied easily with a hand sprayer.
·	Is packed in a box called a cubitainer. After it is used, the parts and the container can be disposed of separately.

·	Protects the luster of automobile tires.
·	Protects the luster of synthetic leather.

Test methods:
Processing of the test piece
	On an NBR test piece, 150 x 25 x 1 mm, even coat of ThreeBond 6641 was applied and allowed to dry for at least 30 minutes.
Method 1:
	The specular luster was measured at 60° angle. The difference between the measurements taken before and after the process was used as additional gloss.
Method 2:
	The test piece was left under water at room temperature for 72 hours. Then the specular luster was measured at 60° angle. The difference between the measurements taken before and after was used to determine the water resistance.
