ThreeBond 1217G One-part, room-temperature-curing, silicone sealant for FIPG(high extension type) |


ThreeBond 1217G is a one-part, room-temperature-curing silicone sealant for FIPG. It is a high-elongation type.
It has excellent resistance to engine-oil, and is suitable for sealing of high-grade oil. It also has excellent initial resistance to pressure, and withstands vibration well. |

Apply ThreeBond 1216G to test materials, - measure leaking pressure immediately after assembling, and again 10 minutes later. |

Aluminum round flange with area width of 10mm and inner diameter 50mm. |
| Clearance : |
0.5mm, 1.0mm (treated on 1/4 of flange area). |
| Condition of increasing pressure : |
Gradually increase pressure at 10kPa for each 15 seconds. |
