Low Temperature Curing Soft Conductive Resin

ThreeBond 3333F

Solution

Low temperature curing soft conductive resin that maintains conductivity even when stretched

"It is a silicone-based, soft conductive resin of a low temperature curing type that can reduce heat damage to less heat-resistant parts such as organic EL or resin components.
It also features flexibility that can follow the bending and stretching of the material while maintaining conductivity even when stretched. These features allow application to dissimilar materials with large linear expansion differences, as well as for connection of flexible devices, circuit formation, and grounding.
It also exerts excellent shielding ability over a wide frequency band in electromagnetic shielding, an area where demand is rising as 5G communication and autonomous driving technologies are becoming widely available."

Feature

  1. 1 Low Temperature Curing Type

Curable at a low temperature (80°C), it suppresses heat damage to parts with low temperature resistance.

  2. 2 Excellent flexibility and conductivity

It has flexibility that can follow the bending and stretching of the material while maintaining conductivity even when stretched.

  3. 3 Electromagnetic shielding

It exerts high shielding performance in a wide frequency band covering low to high frequencies.
